No, not like that…I got through the holiday just fine. But sometime on Thursday afternoon I realized that I should Thanksgiving Meal Break-Down have been keeping track of what I was making, what went into it, and where those ingredients came from. However, I did manage to jot down some notes, and I have the recipes I used as well as the store receipt from my Wednesday trip to Safeway for “A few last-minute things,” so I should be able to reconstruct the evening’s dishes. My impression is that I only used a few things, but recombined them in a number of ways and ended up with a LOT of delicious food. I’ll post the results when I’m finished, including the actual spreadsheet of the various dishes and their cost breakdown.
